In an argument elswhere, Nobby says

Quite frankly, half the country has been told to use their primary residence as their office so what difference does that make?

So how's that working out for the rest of us?

I had relaxed my "after hours office" rules over the last couple of years, and until lockdown had been desultorily running my empire from a pouffe in the living room.

But because NHS day job meant I can Work From Home 60-90% of the time, and stay compliant to lockdown, I had to create a slightly more effective desk space crammed into the corner of my bedroom, so as to improve efficiency and stay focused.

Brick Wall Duh, of course it does. As does Postimage.org which I use which is why I haven't had to resize any photos for ages. Brick Wall

I've been working from home on and off since the little bastard was born.

The worst bit is having to use my reading glasses with the laptop because I have a tendency to put them down and then spend the next 3 hours looking for them.

This is compounded by the fact that I don't use them at any other time than using the laptop.

You're not supposed to put it at that end.

Strangely enough, I am eating better than I was.
Although I think that might be the foodie spirit of my exhusband wafting itself into me when I was standing over his cold dead body (actually it was still warm, bit of a surprise that one Shocked )

So no. My backside is as humungous as it was before.
But no more than that.

Not very well.
I got it in a burst of newyear reso 2 years ago but then my sister died on 27 Jan so I never really felt in the mood til recently. Then 2020 happened and I still haven't got the motivation.

Maggie recently talked me into get a ukulele to join her and Rowey in musical shenanigans, but I've just had so much shit going on recently that I just haven't been able to commit.

Come to think of it ... I'm struggling to commit on a lot of things recently Thinking
