Hi All,

I hope you're all staying safe and keeping well!

I'm currently working on my late grandfather 1994 GS500E. It's to be my first bike. I've been on the lookout for a tank for sometime and have finally had someone approach me with a tank from a K-reg (he believes it is a 1992) Can any tell me if this would be compatible? The shape looks identical however I'm sure I've read somewhere that compatible tanks would range from 93-2000. Could anyone clear this up for me?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I'm not the most mechanically minded but trying to make the most of my time whilst furloughed Confused

Tia

Any good?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_GS500

It states the California model has a smaller tank.

https://www.partzilla.com/product/suzuki/44110-01D13-YD8

Use Mr Motorcycle to find your tank/Part number, then partzilla tells you what else that part is fitted on,
Hope that helps.
