True but later in life it was picked up on an ECG, it couldn't be picked up with a stethoscope so I will never know.

So I thought I'd give a quick update.
I continued to have this pain for the following couple of weeks, I tried several things to try and make it worse or go away. Doing lots of exercise, eating different things - eating in different ways, slow/fast ensuring I wasn't gulping, taking a course of Windeze, doing deep breathing, holding breath etc, etc. Nothing made it worse or better.

Then after a couple of days of it getting even worse and me almost calling the GP again, the pain gradually started to go away. I 'think' I managed to pinpoint it coming and going with how I was feeling about work but can't be 100% sure.
Anyway, it's now gone completely for the moment. I haven't felt it for the last few days and fingers crossed it stays that way. Thumbs Up
