Hi,

Just joined BCF today. I have ordered myself a new ZX6R that should be arriving in the next few weeks. Hoping to get out when this lockdown is finsihed and use some of what will be left of the sunny days to get out on it.

I've had a couple of bikes over the past couple of years since I got my licence. Started off learning with a Duke125 until I passed the test and got myself a BMW F800R. Sold that one last year after not using it enough and got an older GS1200 but it is just something I do not enjoy riding at all. So, ordered the ZX6R and just counting down the days until I get it.

Hopefully in the Scotland forum I can find some local rides out but in the meantime coming in to the main forum to say hello.

Welcome, TeuchterZ. Good luck with your new bike. I hope you like it, Kawasaki makes some quality motorcycles. A former colleague of mine is approaching 300,000 miles on his 2002 ZRX1200R. Have fun on your ZX6R!

Fit like?

Well, you've got the roads to use it on on your doorstep once Wee Nikki lets you out again.

Darva Moor road's always good for testing out a sportsbike to see if you've got the suspension set right.
