Hey, i have an NSR 125, carb upjetted 138,42,65 , carbon reeds, airfilter stock in original case, the restricted plate from exhaust and intake is out, iridium plug BR10EIX sparkplug, engine rebuild 1000km ago (piston wosnner, gaskets etc).

The problem is with an full 13.5L tank, i do only 160-180km, he is revving good untill 3rd gear, 1th gear - 50 km/h, 2nd gear - 80 km/h, 3rd - 105 km/h, and after that at 105km/h is stopping reving and increase in speed.

Can someone tell me what should I do ?

Can't say I know much about this particular Honda but could there be a limiter you've missed on the CDI?

According to this website, the UK bikes aren't restricted on the CDI, just the imports.

Is your bike imported or UK spec?

The fact the speeds are quoted in kph this indicates it's not a uk bike.

Hi,
Just skimmed through this & presume your meaning the Full Power cdi & rc control box?
CDI is CI626
RC box is TV78
Just sold a set.
btw, did you say what exhaust you have? (makes a difference)

cheers,
GAZ
