The loom pictured below is from an eBay advert for the LM Arrow loom (which was basically the more commuter version sold at the same time). What's where the box should be (two wires connected together instead?).

If that isn't anywhere to be found then I'd say you entering the land of the unknown. These bike were always powered by one single fuse, and prone to electrical faults at least once in their life due to poor O.E.M connections... perhaps an owner tried to make their own solution along the way and you're attempting to unearth it?
Vixen wiring diagram (PDF download on first or second link).
What the fuse looks like:

What remains of parts supply in the event you need something outside of eBay:

On the Arrow the wiring connectors were mainly in the headlight lamp or under the left side cover (sitting on bike facing forward)... but removing the fuel tank, seat and side panels should have the majority of the wiring exposed.
Edit: if it becomes a headache, and looks like it has been butchered, I'd probably just replace the loom. I didn't know much about wiring when I had an Arrow but could see it had been put together by a blind monkey in the factory even back then. ____________________ The do it all, T̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶r̶o̶k̶e̶n̶ ̶o̶n̶e̶,̶ ̶T̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶i̶g̶ ̶l̶u̶m̶p̶,̶ ̶C̶h̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶N̶o̶o̶d̶l̶e̶ |
