It fired off perfectly after 1.5 yrs of sitting in a building... Bike had gas still in it from then. Carb was ran dry after shutting the petcock valve. Set the choke on full and pressed starter 3 times then set half choke repeated and it sat idled high for 1 minute then I shut off choke. Then ran it for 10 minutes. She runs good as is.

That's good. It wasn't adversely affected by your local climate during storage?
