Hi people,

I am restoring my 1990 Honda CB450DX, and would like
to replace the brake pipes with oem non-braided
pipes albeit with stainless steel banjos & Ferrules.

Can anyone point to somewhere that might make these
pipe up to order if given a drawing.

Not only do I prefer the look of the older pipes, but I
actually like the 'give' they impart under braking.

Thanks... Tim

Thanks for that.

I've sent them a request and I'll post back here the result.

Have you tried Dave Silver Spares ?
They specialise in older Honda Spares.

Well I've been there before but it seems to be original parts or skinny braided options.

However your comment did set off a series of events which left me light of £166 and
a pair of new fork stanchions on their way to me via slow boat from China, for the
wrong bike of course, 10mm longer but I reckon they'll fit one way or another.

I'm still waiting on email from Pirtek.

I think OEM or braided are your options I never seen rubber after market hoses in over 40 years in the trade!

You can get braided with colour coded covering black is like OEM but thinner

How about skinny ones, and sleeving them with something like fuel hose or rubber heat-shrink wrap? Would give you the look if not the feel!

Have you ever looked? Goodridge make it.

Clicky but I bet it isn't cheap.
