Got my new ride dropped off to me today.

I got black because I heard only girls ride red ones

Wink

Got to ride the old mans Tuono today as well. It’s a beast, it sounds stunning with the carbon Akrapovic can. I can’t wait to give it a proper shake down when the Rev limited is removed.

How do you find the switch gear on the BM?

My left side is a mushy mess. I’ve had 25 year old bikes with better quality feel to the buttons. I’m wondering if it’s easy enough to strip down and clean inside or whether it fall into a million bits like an expensive Swiss watch.

Saw a red one in the flesh just as ugly as Hetzers pics and its new owner is well past it in his 50's.

I have no problems with mine. The indicator knob has no feel to it going left/right but it clicks nicely to cancel. It also auto-cancels after 30 seconds.

Mushy switchgear on BMs newer than 2009 is pretty par for the course from what I've experienced, been that way on all three I've tried, I think it's from the same time as they moved away from the funky indicator setup.

You do sort of get used to it, much quicker than it took me to acclimatise to three button indicators on the GS anyway.
