So someone my partner knows sent her a dick pic. Fair enough the first time, this shit happens plus he didn’t know about me. She told him she wasn’t interested and that she was with me and not to do it again. Few hours later, he’s sending videos of himself.
So do I:
1. Tell his wife
2. Punch him
3. Blackmail him
4. Put a brick through his window

Any other ideas?

All of your ideas centre on him and not her. Are you sure your anger / outrage / vulnerability is coming all from his actions and not in some way linked to her?

My idea would be to think through carefully the answer to that question. Someone my partner knows is too vague to draw inference on why the relationship would have built up to a stage where a random bloke feels comfortable enough sending her things like that. Ask yourself the question why he felt that comfortable.

Because they had been friends since childhood, she gave him the benefit of the doubt, told him how inappropriate it was etc you would think he’d understand. He has a wife and kid but no, so now he is blocked and I want to make him regret it.

That would do it. Tell him any further content he sends will be treated as having permission to upload for public viewing and tagging on his social media streams.

However it should be her, not you doing the telling. You should only need to step in if it's getting out of control. Mature adult women are generally very good at dealing with this kind of thing if it's unwanted. Replying to a dick pic with a "little pinky" gesture pic is generally enough.

Then again it might not be.

I agree with that. She did tell the OP too rather than connive. There's also another victim, this bloke's wife. At this stage, it's possible that she may be able to deal with what he did and stop it happening again. If nothing is done, it allows him to get away with it unnoticed, and likely try the same or more elsewhere, with results that will eventually be known, which could be worse. Give her a chance to help & be helped too.

Yes BUT ... you do not know anything about the wife and her emotional make-up/strength.

She may be devastated even by that, thus ruining her self confidence as well as her marriage (for better or worse) ... it would seem to be more humane to deal with the perpetrator and see whether the scare of having someone pull him up about that behaviour is enough to stop him, or at least give him something to think about, rather than run to his wife with tales at this juncture and potentially destroy her emotional wellbeing.
