Don't think that it is a big problem for Scotland, but of course it is very important that the official face of country should to look presentable. I have possibility to say it because I have lost about 20 kg of fat and know I am working on my muscle mass. And can say that to get muscles is harder than to lose weight. It's not the imperfect citizens that I'm bothered about. They're entitled to health care they've paid taxes.

It's the group of imperfect citizens abusing the system. Taking more than their fair share feigning illnesses.

Getting mobility cars, blue passes.

If you ask me what to do about it? No idea mate.

Put them in food addiction camps.. No wait that reminds of something that didn't end well. Scrap that.

The government could always subsidise exercise equipment every Monday and Wednesday and in return get some of the untapped potential work force that would be usually unavailable.
