once their on you forget about them which id imagine is what you want with all riding gear really

F.A.S, If you like the jupiter boots, be wary of width on tcx. If you have a wide foot, try them first.

F.A.S. I wear a size 48 euro in alpinestars, thats called 13 by some. The crx drystar I have are like the ones you pictured. They are very good and comfortable. I've recently bought Daytona gtx (wide fit) not cheap, but when the weather beats the astars, they're amazing.

Another vote for Ebay, I got a decent Goretex jacket & trousers and a pair of Daytonas last year for £150 total, brand new price would have been near £1,200 for the lot.
