I realise there is the argument that if we use our phones and download apps were giving away our data/info willingly but just in case anyone isn't aware the NHS app isn't technically the NHS.

Its run by SERCO, and data is processed by multiple private organisations, due to the Government winding down very well run and suitable labs that were put in place/run by the NHS. So your information isn't going to the NHS, its going to Serco, Amazon, H4S, Kuehne & Nagel.

https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/nhs-test-trace-private-sector_uk_5f6099e3c5b68d1b09c77477?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly9kdWNrZHVja2dvLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAABrjAd45yJigGMZL56I_kxshIbJ-5nqRLAKeE4IpLO1PFZY-gCzYlFnnVnT1TIwht7kiDB4219v2o0iBffTk2QFxKWKa9Mow1EfAuc4shiTgUGuzYNdRwavurHqhqNF97G2HHSGyZ4mhoMtpCXRKHbQMlrSzTXuG4dfcT69dL7A-

Also, the whole response isn't going to well as is being demonstrated by multiple Dr's, Epidemiologists, statisticians and various others who are pointing out the flawed and manipulated representation of the data the govt are showing. Make no mistake, this has drifted into being a political rather than a medical problem.

Bars that I like are few and far between, I went to one
of those prior to my 8pm reservation last night. Not only did I not have to sign in, I didn't have to book a table
either despite it being pretty rammed. Polished off well over £30 worth of drinks and was told when attempting to pay
that they were on the house, the owner of said bar is a pal of mine.

Would you have signed in using the app if your pal insisted that everyone has to?

Nope. He'd also know better than to ask. If he needed to contact me he has my phone number, instagram etc as
does the entire staff in there. NFG.

After a recent run-in with the auld bill, over some people's covid-19 related hysteria, my track and trace app is no longer among the apps on my phone.

Call it spite if you will.
