Most of them hammered, and wearing no helmet, and riding at night. In America they bar-hop on Harleys. If they get too many tickets for driving or riding under the influence, they lose their licence and are then restricted to mopeds, where they can carry on their drunk riding. The moped guy with the head injury definitely looked like he likes a drink.

I find the last couple of examples interesting. The motorised bicycle with no headlight - guy says he's accident-prone and he suffers a lot of serious injuries on the road. The last one looks really serious - electric scooter, dead of night, rider properly hammered.

We might see lots of similar things happening here soon. The last few examples look like they could happen here.
