You'd be able to fit a universal 7" motorcycle headlamp to that bike. They come complete with shell, rim and insert ready to bolt on. Usually about £25 or so. Make sure it's E-marked for the MOT.
The tricky bit is rearranging the rats-nest of wiring into the new shell. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
