Having broken my CB750 F2 headlight lens, I'm looking for a new one. It has an oem glass lens, and I can't seem to find any used unit in better shape than my scuffed one, or new one with glass.

Is the only advantage of glass that it can always easily be cleaned and won't wear out long term, while plastic might not let as much light through from new, and then gets "foggedy".

Anyway, if anyone's got a headlight for a 91-on CB750 lemmy know...

Yes 7", but I guess not sealed, but have a h4 and parking bulb hole, thanks for the suggestion though.

You'd be able to fit a universal 7" motorcycle headlamp to that bike. They come complete with shell, rim and insert ready to bolt on. Usually about £25 or so. Make sure it's E-marked for the MOT.

The tricky bit is rearranging the rats-nest of wiring into the new shell.

I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles.

Yeah, I've had to replace my 400's twice Rolling Eyes was trying to keep this one original, but doesn't seem like it'll be possible Confused
