Any ideas on this engine beep noise? Bike is Honda CM125

Without telling us what motorcycle it is, I'm gonna say the noise you are hearing is related to the starter clutch.

It's something slipping under load, after the engine fires. Whether it's because the engine's driving it or because it's driving the engine is unclear.

Possibly with help (someone to press the starter button), use an engine stethescope (e.g. a long screwdriver, the handle pressed onto that flappy bit in front of your ear's hole, so as to close the hole and the other end pressed to various places on the engine, i.e. as others have advised, and track down where the noise comes from. It's a useful technique.

Could be an air leak, could be the starter clutch.

Starter, but it also sounds like it's turning over a bit slowly. Charge the battery overnight and see if the noise goes away.
