Hello everybody,

My above mentioned bike is completely dead, it has main switch knob and keyless start system.

You need to push down on the mains switch and the screen will light up allowing you to move the knob to the on position and then press the start switch.

But as it is completely dead nothing happens when you press the mains switch and you cant turn it.

The battery is fine and so are all of the fuses and I have traced 12.5 volts through the starter relay but it then disappears inside the wiring loom.

Apart from waiting a month for a Suzuki dealer does any body have any other ideas???

Have you tried 08085 011959 (open 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) or emailing [email protected] and explaining the situation? They must have some system in place for helping / servicing the machines of key workers?
