Hi folks
Looking at building a pair of GPZ750 unitak models.
One will be standard as I think i have adequate parts.

More importantly the second bike will be a special.

The reason for this post is because I am looking at changing the swinging arm and forks to something more modern to get larger wheels and I was wondering if anyone has any experience to anything that kind of slots in without much engineering interventions as it will be a more or less built in a shed (no fancy equipment to hand!!)

Thanks in advance

Dave

Asking the internettys how to build your custom bike is a bit like discovering Michelangelo painted the Sistene Chapel by numbers & made David from parts delivered with his latest De Agostini magazine subscription.

I hear what you are saying but 1 set of forks look like most other forks and there does not seem much point to getting a set with yokes only to find they are 5mm out as they weren't measured correctly by the seller plus i can't afford t buy twice.
All I'm needing is to not go down a blind alley if someone had already been down

I wouldn't care how the sistine chapel was painted as long as it looks that good
Very Happy
