i am thinking of selling my bikes and getting an R6 or a CBR 600.

My friends told my to go for a duke 748 what do you think?

Assuming you only wan't to use it for fun, then the duke's perfect... If you intended to do any riding for other reasons (commuting/shopping/long distances/etc.) I'd go for a CBR/R6 (or ZX6r in my case, obviously.)

Go for the R6... I commute on mine everyday no probs! Mate's got a cbr600, thts ok too but not as good as the R6!

Ive heard alot that dukes need religous maitenace (cambelts,desmos,oil changes etc), but like they say if its justs for fun days get it otherwise get an r6 etc.
Check out insurance quotes first to.
