Leading on from Easy-X's comment and bearing in mind that classic bike ownership is often as much about restoring and riding , rather than about teararsing along the Cat and Fiddle at 125, I'd politely email your local classic bike club and ask if they have a member who does re-lacing, who might do it, or if they can recommend anyone/a bike shop that might undertake it.
