He's just making claims about specifics without any proof whatsoever and then posts a video that weakens his point rather than strengthens it.

He seems to think western media are all of a sudden not going to report anything anti-Russian. As if that's ever occured eh?

The life of a fruitbat.

Despite the Russians sending "3 armies" of of troops etc I don't think its a big news topic because most informed sources say its about Russia puting pressure on during negotiations abnout nord stream 2 and in negotiations with Ukraine. The only reason for any military invasion of more of Ukraine would be to boost Putin in the september elections.

Also Russia is gradually becoming a spent force. They were militarily powerful after the fall of the SU but those tens of thousands of inherited tanks, IFVs, APC, fighters are going to be getting very rusty and Russia has bought relatively few replacements especially land and naval equipment. The SU fell 30 years ago. When those weapons cease to be viable anymore (coming soon, if not already) then Russia is only as powerful as its more modern post soviet force, very powerful for sure, but not the mass invasion threat it otherwise could be. Russians said they will replace all T72, T80 and T90 with the new T14 super tank, 2500 in service by 2020! Well its 2021 now and Russia has 20 of them so only approximately 13000 to go then Laughing

Finally Russia as a country is relatively poor with a GDP of $1.5 trillion, more than Spain, but less than Italy. And it still has to sustain a vast land area and maintain huge numbers of left over nukes which could otherwise be spent on actual weapons.

Current Russian main forces:
T90 tank - 570 (350 active)
T80 tank - 3,500 (500 active)
T72 tank - 7000 (2000 active)
------------ 11,000

BMP3 IFV - 560
BMP2 IFV - 4500 (3000 active)
BMP1 IFV - 7500 (500 active)
------------ 12,500

Without the oldest tier - probably current realistic levels:
T90 tank - 570 (350 active)
T80 tank - 3,500 (500 active)
------------ 4,000

BMP3 IFV - 560
BMP2 IFV - 4500 (3000 active)
------------ 5000

And yet here you are with this golden egg.

There is a reason they dont report it, it's called verification.
A news agency like Reuters wont report on something spouted on Gab.
You know why?
It's a shit Facebook.

You may well be correct, but I will wait until a reputable new source reports it. I wont be trusting you, for obvious reasons, not least of all because you show signs of delusion.

Well I have been able to find articles about it from major news media. I don't watch TV so I can't speak to that.

We are talking about specifics, not the conflict.

He is making claims without any proof. I am well aware of the reported information. He seems to think he has access to the war room.

You are off your nut mate. It just looks like a re-run of 2014, Russia pays and sends in 'militia's' who declare the region separatist, any time the Ukrainian army makes gains pushing back, a Russian armoured brigade rolls over the border and smashes them. Its a very transparent land grab in the guise of protecting native russians.

The whole situation is so fucked though and Russia are just taking advantage of a very corrupt and crumbling state.

Good watch if you have not seen also

Nice map but it refers to the "mostly peaceful protests" in the USA as riots so obviously a Right-Wing source not to be trusted Wink

Another interesting factor is after Russia's totally not soldiers annex Crimea, Ukraine built a damn cutting off Crimea's main water supply, they are hurting a lot from this now.

Most people have missed the point of Rebel's post. It has absolutely nothing to do with Ukraine, despite appearances. It is pointing out that Trump + Russia = 'peace', Biden + Russia = war. Only trouble is, Rebel's jumped the gun a bit because the US has done nothing more than request a summit with Putin but probably best to humour the chap, so remember, Trump good, Biden bad...

US sitting pres has had no real impact on the conflict at all. Its the same game that has been going on for a long time, former states wanting to be free from the Russian sphere, toying with joining NATO as their only real option of that, Russian takes that as open aggression. For example Biden wanting to accelerate Ukraine's membership now, and we see a massive Rus buildup. Same thing happened in Georgia 2008.

I don't disagree, but that's not it either.
Part of it is people who want to force socialism on everyone but themselves Laughing

Anyway, Russia's a relatively nice place to live. In Russia, you only go to prison if you upset Putin. In the UK, you go to prison for upsetting any little snowflake.

Without starting a yet another thread, as this seems to be related.

A quick recap of what's going on in the Land of Beer these days.

1) 2014, local arms dealer had some stuff stored in an local ammunition storage owned by the state, two explosions occured. Two people dead on site, material damage, clean up that costed the Czech tax payers a lot of money, etc. We're talking 50 tons of ammuniton, 13 tons of explosives and many firearms originally stored there.

2) 2020, the investigation of the events is done.

3) April 2021, the Czech gov. publicly declares they have a reasonable suspicion that Russian secret service officers were involved in the explosions.

4) ''Today'', 18 Russian diplomats expelled from the Czech republic and in return Russians expelled 20 Czech diplomats from Russia. Rosatom was also supposed to do some work on one of our nuclear power plants, well they are no more.

5) The connection? Apparently all those firearms and ammo/explosives above were already paid for and were meant to be delivered to the Ukrainian army and to Syria (the civil war).

Shocked

And the Bulgarian arms dealer later fell ill several times with "food poisoning" Thinking

I always think back to Leon: The Professional. Amateurs use a sniper rifle at range from the target. An enthusiast might shoot someone with a pistol but a professional gets in real close with a knife so there's absolutely no doubt the target is dispatched Shocked

Poison is unprofessional, cowardly and lazy. Yes, it is a tool that instils fear but if I was on the floor, having a stroke and pissing myself I'd prefer loyalty. Remember Stalin, Mr. P.

It seems the inverse is true, Biden has been talking of accelerating Ukraine into NATO, ''causing'' the Russian buildup.

Don't really know. I guess Putin will be testing the waters for a while with the new US administration.
