Ive been a knob and have got three points on my provisional will the 2 year probabtion in which i can only get another 3 points then im banned last irrespective of licence changes up till im 18 (im 16 at present)

What the question? Confused

You have a 6 point limit when you're still on a provisional and for the first two years after you pass your test, nothing changes at 18.

a school aquaintance of mine got 6 points on a ped.

He was able to drive at 17 just like anyone else. If you get 6 points after 17 you have to start again, and if you havn't started yet and you have to start again, nothing changes...

beware your insurance won't be friendly.
