Hi there, I need some help identifying the manifold for my bike as it’s split. I’ve bought now 3-4 that are all wrong angle but meant for my bike.. it’s just a cheap shineray 125 I believe.

This was the last manifold I bought and was disappointed to find it was the totally wrong angle yet again Link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intake-Manifold-for-Honda-CG125-GY-156FMI-157FMI-Carburettor-Inlet-Boot-UK-/362796209025?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286

Any pointing in the right direction is appreciated.

There a picture my manifold is the one on the left

Carb adaptors may help.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32806845627.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.1375161ajf6HiY&algo_pvid=0f199ec1-ae65-4f68-a2a7-7917f289fe65&algo_expid=0f199ec1-ae65-4f68-a2a7-7917f289fe65-0&btsid=0b0a0ac216181429583083281e2435&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_

I used a 26mm one on one of my 125's when replacing a CVK carb with a plain old roundslide. New carb had flange at incorrect angle for the existing manifold. This worked a treat. Bike now sold so no pics.

Thanks I’ll take a look into the adaptors if my search fails to find a direct replacement.

The one linked is the wrong angle, looking in my eBay history I’ve bought this one from a different seller and 2 others that were same . Is it possible it has a differed head? Maybe the 250 head?

I’ve messaged the seller of this for some dimensions and sent some pics to see if they can advise also.

eBay seller responded and said the manifold posted here is the wrong angle and he doesn’t recognise the manifold I showed him in pictures

Hang on, double piston rear calliper and what looks like single piston front?

What madness is this?

A few dirt bikes I have ridden have been set up with a more powerful back brake than front to give a more even brake balance. It allows you to slide the back around whilst helping to stop the front to washout. A lot of high end new off-road bikes with ABS like the Triumph Tiger allow you to turn the ABS off on the rear brake to do the same thing.

On a piece of shit like that? It's off road usage will be marginal seeing as it seems to be road legal.

In addition, you can clearly see the routing of both brake pipes. No abs or linked brakes involved.
