Hate seeing that. I still remember my youngest daughters tears when her 125 'Trevor' was stolen and torched.

Should result in a bit of stake burning for the perpetrator. Evil or Very Mad

I see that the mudguards have been removed and it has suitable patina, now it just needs a brown seat, cheapo ebay special lights and voila ! An instant barn find cafe racer / brat bike, few bits to finish, pass an MoT no problems... Mr. Green

Frame looks bent and if it had a chain then it would be slack too.

Admittedly it may take quite advanced buffing skills, but not beyond hope.
