Chelsea Bridge documentary (early 1990s)

Hi all,

Back in the day (1988 to 1993), I used to be a regular at Chelsea Bridge and Heston Services on Friday nights.

At some point between those dates, the BBC or Channel 4 showed a documentary. The narrator was, I think, a Russian journalist who lived in the UK, and he was looking at UK countercultures.

There was a segment in that documentary where he visited Chelsea Bridge, and they filmed us and did some interviews.

I've been trying to remember it and have searched online, but I've had no luck without knowing the name. Does anyone remember this documentary and the name of it?

I seem to vaguely remember it but was it part of a programme about all kinds of youth culture or something.
That will make it even harder to pin down

Thinking about this some more could it have been a piece on one of those off beat magazine style shows

I think I remember channel 4 did a program like that, it was shown at about 2.00am to 3.00am at the weekend for people coming home from the nightclubs.
It might have been called 'Night People' or something like that.
