Confused to buy safety gears, please help

Dear fellow bikers

I wish to buy safety gears. 1 by 1. Since I'm in the UK, I'm only looking at winter or rain gears. Summer is only for a month in total which can be managed with open zip ventilations at sides.

I wish to get safety gears which are 17092 CE AA approved. Level 1, 2 are of old standards which I'm not interested in.

I wanted to get ECE 22-06 helmets, but they are very rare in markets and very costly for me, hence I went for ECE 22-05 Bell race star flex helmet. Actually I got this helmet at a discount price of £250, which was manufactured in 2018.

Kindly give me options for gloves, jackets, pants, boots. I don't want to spend more than £250 on any individual item and neither want to spend below £100 for anything. Options are always welcome in either way.

I might also add gerbing heated clothes in future. Thank you for your time.
