Just had a new neighbor move in (renters) and it looks like they've signed up for fibre broadband as a couple of workmen just turned up assesing the job. The thing is over the road has recently had the same thing and the way the cable has been fitted looks bloody awfull. Its a crap bit of ducting just slapped up the building with a box on the top then more cable just badly slung across and over a stairwell opening then down to the flat. The building i live in is the same design, four flats in a block, ex local authority. In my block two are privately owned two still with the council. The flat getting the broadband is the other privately owned one. Im worried my building is going to end up with the same unsightly crap cabling job. What can I do?[/u]

If anyone thinks affluence makes a difference then they might want to look at the situation of people who bought fancy apartments only to find their living in the next potential towering inferno.

This thread should just be in the grinding my gears thread as it's unlikely I can do anything if Richard Branson wants to turn a profit creating a rats nest of cable everywhere.

I've only made it a few pages in and it's already clear that OP has engaged in rampant recidivism and edited his posts to make him look less of a cunt. I am seeing people saying that OP posted a video everywhere and identified the shop manager by name but when I go through the posts I can't find the references so I guess they were edited out?

I can't be bothered reading a 33+ page thread so I guess that both OP and the manager were cunts and the situation got blown out of proportion? Seems like some Cansa guy was shit stirring it up to start with too.

TLDR version

OP parked at the store with no intent of entering, when he walked off the manager confronted him. OP being an entitled little smart arse got the manager to act like a bit of a cunt. OP filmed it all and uploaded. Manager lost his job.

OP revelled in the fact he lost a bloke his job despite OP clearly being in the wrong and driving the situation along.

Sorry, i lost the will at 2 pages in and by the end of page 3 I was counting sheep / contemplating navel gazing.

The gist of it was that you were both dicks but ultimately you started it by parking where you did and then as usual it escalated from there.
