Yes, the Wales sub forum appears to be mostly dead. The person who moderates it hasn't posted anywhere on the forum since November last year. Nobody has posted in the Wales sub-forum since January and that post was about how dead the sub-forum seemed.

More than almost dead , I would say. The Wales section is totally dead. I enthusiastically applied to join .... waste of time.
