Evening,

Anyone got a pdf copy of a service manual for the Suzuki GN125 ('95 model)

My cousin has bought a ragged one and the job of salvaging it seems to have fallen to me Confused

Specifically looking to confirm fork oil capacity/level and torque settings for front and rear sprocket nuts and the two axles.

Thanks, that's what I'm working to at the moment but there's conflicting suggestions. I've told him to buy a Haynes but he's needing it for his CBT on Monday apparently, don't know why he won't just use a school bike.

Much newer model, so I'm not sure either. It looks significantly different tbh. If I can't find it I'll just wing it with whatever looks about right, it's only a toddler after all. Easy enough to add or remove if necessary

Unless they've got leaks, the amount you remove will give a good there or thereabouts indication of how much to refill with
170cc ish sounds about right for stock 125 forks

Very very leaky lol - absolutely horrid inside.

I've managed to get a partial one that has everything I need...but it's in French.

For Google reference the fork oil capacity for an earlier Suzuki GN125 is 174 cm3

The fork oil level for a Suzuki GN125 is 166mm.
