Sorry gents, meant to respond sooner. Currently on the LNER from Glasgow to Kings Cross so got time to kill.

Getting a credit on labour cost on the sprocket and tyre changes. Works out roughly equal and is less hassle than the other options.

I’ve put on orders for most of the stuff, combination of eBay and Fowler’s just to get parts ASAP.

Still need to buy the tyres, from the other thread I’m sold on the Pilot 5’s.

£250 labour cost to change a sprocket and tyre? Confused Seems like a lot to me for something you could do yourself in under an hour.
