So you're happy to invest in a bigger telly but not in a decent set of spectacles.

I bet you're one of those people who shouts louder at foreigners in English so that they understand better.

Perhaps blowing from the upper wind generating hole rather than the lower may help.

I've actually got two decent pairs of specs (which I hate wearing) but this thing is so small, binoculars would be more appropriate - my PC monitor at work is bigger!

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

You could be right ... but sometimes its what people have given you, or left there (or died and you've unintentionally inherited Rolling Eyes ).

Or things you might have picked up out of a skip, or off the street when someone is chucking it out, and you brought it indoors with the intention of renovating it but you ended up just adding to YOUR junk instead of someone else in your neighbourhood Laughing

Well-meaning people giving you this or that, etc.

And today ... someone ordered a canvas with stupid manga cartoon action characters on it, and the postman delivered it here in a tube, but I didn't read the label, just assumed it was for me cos I ordered an assortment of arty-farty things lately.

So when I didnt recognise the canvas, I looked at the label and it belongs to a man who lives the next street over, but at the same number. Rolling Eyes

Manga Cartoon Characters? FFS. Rolling Eyes

Measure the inside dimensions of your cat litter box. Cut the canvas into pieces with those measurements. Hey Presto! Cat Litter Box Liners. Thumbs Up

Yeah this isn't a "I did do spend money" thread
I see it more of a thread on shit we collect/keep far too long

I'm currently trying to de clutter and created a GROTS box
( Get Rid Of That Shit)
and created a ranking system to try and help me organise

1 Worthless crap is easiest, just bin/recycle it

2 Not of significant value but might be useful to someone
aka too good to throw away:
This can become a complex arseache and induce dithering like
"Yeah but I was going to ... I might ... it could" and so on
A lot of electronic projects in here like those fucking RC Daleks

3 Significant value: sell/barter or keep if definitely useful

4 Sentimental value: keep or give to a fambly member

Old Thread Alert!

The last post was made 2 years, 200 days ago. Instead of replying here, would creating a new thread be more useful?
