Skyjet 125cc

Hi could anyone help me I want to buy the 150cc big bore kit for a skyjet 125 but do I need to buy a different head or would the standard one fit ? And if anyone has done it before what’s the top speed you have had ? And would I need to buy or change anything else to the engine

Even assuming you did make this modification, and it actually worked, you would be lucky to see a 5mph improvement over stock. The good news is that your Skyjet will do a full 9.8m/s when you throw the POS off the nearest cliff.

I don't know that particular bike but "big bore upgrade" is at minimum a new piston and barrel. However unless one also upgrades the head and fiddle with timing and fuel there'll be no tangible increase in speed. You might get a touch more torque at the low end.

Why do you want to do this? The only valid answer is "the piston's fucked anyway so I may as well sneak in an upgrade with the repair" anything else is just wishful thinking.

On a budget means running it as cheap as possible. It doesn't mean replacing a whole working engine or rebuilding a perfectly serviceable one.
