Posted: 22:06 - 11 Oct 2021 Post subject: What does trigger or clamp when the tank is full |
|
|
I have a very strange issue with my motorbike an EFI Sym Maxym 600i single cylinder.
When cold, the engine starts and after one second stalls. At the second attempt starts without issues. This happens always.
But there’s an exception if the tank is completely full, the pointer (or needle) is above the “F” of full tank this bug doesn’t happen, the engine starts at first even in winter.
When the tank is full something, electronically or mechanically, is triggered or clamped, and helps the engine to start, but I have no clue what. I’d like to start testing where could be the issue, any sensor or pipe… Any ideas?
