I'm trying to replace the rear indicators on my 250 hornet and I just can't see where the wires connect up. They existing ones are replacement indicators anyway, so it must be possible, but I just can't see how I can get in to disconnect them.

Any ideas?

Follow the wires but it looks like the connections are under the tail panel.
So maybe seat off / grab rail / some panels.

Connections should be weather proof.

Yeah the wires go up under the inside of the black plastic tail panel and then disappear up inside somewhere.

I took the seat off and the rear light to try to get at it and then got stumped. I took out a couple of bolts under the seat, which I thought would allow me to remove the blue tail unit on the video, but it wouldn't move so I guess there's some other fastening somewhere.

If it's anything like my XSR there's two layers to the mudguard.

Check here for inspiration (I swap the indicators near the bottom of pg1) hope it helps Smile

It does a bit. I can see how the wires would disappear into the mudguard just like yours. Thanks for the info.
