It was more about fuel comparison. Specific impulse is a measure of how efficiently the engine/fuel works the higher the number the better. Smile

I'm afraid I don't have the numbers for the engine in the video Sad

BTW these are the guys with a plasma engine that does 3000 seconds. I suspect this one is 300 tops (judging from other hybrid fuel engines.)
