In order, according to ROSPA

Arrow failure to negotiate bends, especially on country roads.
Arrow other vehicles pulling out into the path of motorcyclists.
Arrow collisions at junctions.
Arrow collisions while overtaking.
Arrow loss of control, due to poor road surface or high speed.

Note how far down the list excessive speed is...

My biggest nightmare. Thumb on trigger... horn at all times in urban environments, junctions and use it!

Surely the safety nazis attribute Arrow failure to negotiate bends, especially on country roads. to excessive speed?

Safety Nazis in my town petitioned the council for speed bumps because a drunk driver hit a parked car at 35mph (in a 30), totally ignored the fact he was 4 times over the limit... They'll put anything on speed.

They might but given that ROSPA are effectively THE safety nazis, I'd have thought they'd have categorised going into a corner too hot as "loss of control, due to poor road surface or high speed.".
