I'm really worried, cancer took a over an inch, diabetes has taken over an inch and now covid is going to take an inch and a half. I only have 8 inches left.

Sounds like a question of perspective. Before covid he only ever saw his dick in the mirror, after a month in ICU he can see it directly and it looks small.
