Scooter rider accidentally throttles motorbike, running over pedestrians in Paris.

Not sure why the woman in white at the back goes down so hard and late. Did she trip over another fallen pedestrian?

I have no idea what he was doing getting off the bike but man he grabbed a handful of throttle.

No, she thought quickly, smelling an opportunity of a payout or some time off on the sick.

Both of the above, I think

Totally agree with you.

To me it looks like she was pushed into by someone who was hit and went down naturally from being pushed off-balance. The way she remained down as if she had been snuffed out by a sniper tells me she smells compensation. I don't blame her. I would be on the gravy-train too. The guy's insurance is already set up to be pumped rotten by the other dozen people too.

I’ve watched a few times. It starts to fall over so his hand on the throttle accidentally twist as it falls. What do you guys think he was doing getting off and not putting on a stand.? I have no clue there.

It’s one of those three wheel scoots. Can you just jump off those things? Watching it yet again I notice someone to his right gets his attention because there’s something like a rubber strip hanging off the front. Thereafter I’m not sure whether the bike starts to fall of its own accord or whether he intended to turn the wheel but turned the twist-grip as well.

No I think the guy's saying "Oi mate do you realise you've got a second front wheel?"

The rider to his right makes some comment and they look a each other, he must have pointed out something possibly close to catching wheel.
