derbi gpr 50 wiring problem

hi there i just done a full strip and rebuild of my derb gpr 50 2008
now the bike wont shut of even with the key out.
im a bit stuck with the wiring
i have white red and green wires going into the cdi and will start but no kill switch will work, even taking the key out wont shut it off.
when i put the yellow wire in the cdi its a no start ( before i took it apart the yellow wire went in the cdi and it ran) (but i took it apart as it didnt run one day, it just stop working)
the colour wires i am refuring to are the wires from the stator
