Just had my phone in a queue to cancel my bike insurance, listening to the hold music for the last half hour. Operator finally picks up, and instead of turning the speaker off, I hit the "hang up" icon.

At least the hold music is half decent.

Luckily it was to one of my lads and I was in fact swearing
at the phone when the red call icon I was looking for to end the call
had disappeared.
I rang him back to explain of course
