Molex 12-pin from Farnell, although it looks like you have to build the thing from different parts. A place to start, anyway.

I've used these guys before, although it was about 10 years ago. To the best of my recollection, the connectors are not 100% OE (for example, you cannot use OE male with Vintage Connections female, and vice versa). But they are pretty damn close. Extra terminal pins available, the company is easy to work with.

12V doesn't need waterproofing. Thats why it's used in circumstances where things get wet.

Points and relays are obviously different.

Shocked

Normally corrosion only happens when an Electrolytic cell exists.
Water ingress makes a cell very possible.

Keeping it out helps prolong the life of any connection.

(Masking tape would benthe very very last thing I would use as a waterproofing material. Unless O was in the Gobi desert.)

3M leccy tape is what one needs. Or 3M self-amalgamating tape if it is available.

OK, I'll ask.
Why? what's wrong with them?
I just see connectors in need of some cleaning

Are they beyond useful working order? Maybe could clean up with some carb cleaner and contact cleaner. Just a thought
