Last time I went was pre-Brexit. The only thing of note is that speed cameras can be small grey boxes easily mistaken for a bollard or a power box. You don't even get a fighting chance like with the UK ones.
I mentioned on the trip while having a quick break in a small town, that I hadn't seen a single speed camera yet, and one of the guys pointed out that I was standing less than 10 feet from one...
On the upside, there are claims that due to Brexit you can't be issued with automatic speed camera fines now (though the Police can still issue on the spot fines). No idea how true that is. ____________________ Current - '94 VFR750FR, '00 VFR800FI Previous - '10 Street Triple R, '92 MZ ETZ301, '05 TTR250, NSR125R, KMX125, "Honda" Win (chinese copy of an old Honda design with a C90 engine)

Yes I'm familiar with the speed cameras, got 2 tickets on a trip from Normandy to Arnhem in a car, I was wondering to myself why so many of the cars had slowed down I saw no signs for the speed camera.. well they knew and I didn't |
