driving along an inner city dual carriageway, in a car. a group of bikers started to join from a retail park, on the left. luckily for them, i slowed right down, to admire the bikes. as the last 3 bikers didnt even look right, they just pulled straight onto the road whilst looking left.
a few yards on i discovered they were French. might not have bothered to slow down had i known Twisted Evil
all had shiny, nice looking, bikes.
i doubt theyll be having a very good tour, if they continue to ride like that though.

Why would you have all your luggage strapped to your back when you've got a spare pillion seat Brick Wall

To be fair, they are french.

That tyre on the right looks absolutely shagged to me.

Never mind the loose trouser legs / boot lace next to a chain.

I do like all the matching back packs though. It gives a certain feel of conformity. Mr. Green

If he's going down to the South of France he's delaminating it before he gets there I reckon.

It's a bit bloody weird, but I'm guessing there must be something to it other than just personal luggage, for every single one of them to have the same strange back pack. Maybe something like a big marquee? Shame on the OP for not getting a closeup of that label... Wink

Has to be some kind of organised tour could they supply the bikes too.
Looks like a recipe for disaster riding wrong side of the road on a bike you only just got on.

Backpacks appear to have a 3 legs of Man motif plus with the TT logo I reckon they all got them from the TT shop and they are on their way home from the the TT.

Some of those rear tyres do look very iffy mind.

Even the guy on the right with two massive panniers and a topbox still seems to be wearing one of those bags.

That's a Sprint. Trust me, the panniers are way less roomy than they look. Very Happy

TT Isle of Man bags.

Probably on their way there, from France, or heading back. Or just on a tour of Britain. Seriously waterproof bags (they like stuff like that, don't they), plus all coordinated to have the same bag (likewise), suggests they're on a tour, from France.
