Colour me skeptical but they reported his drunken bum touching as a sexual assault too.

Meh, I suppose if it was a womans bum he'd touched, there wouldn't be a ladder tall enough to get on that high horse but to me a drunken fairy touching mens bottoms is more laughable than serious. Stopping short of predatory behaviour against vulnerable people, I suspect if his MO is drunken groping in nightclubs, he'd have a considerably flatter and more crooked nose by now if the gropees objected that strongly.

I hear what you're saying, but the reason why it's being taken seriously is because this guy was in a position of power over the gropees, wasn't he - like an employer/employee relationship - it's not like he was going for randomers in clubs, which would be much more likely to end up in a teeth-on-floor situation
