I wonder if they will do a version with fan fitted for all the hot dry weather which is now going to happen every summer (says BBC)

Kinda Wipey'esque so with that in mind
I found bugger all in reference to a clearsightwiper company on t'internet
as regards to who, where, when and why but did find this on aliexpress

https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-motorcycle-windshield-wipers.html

This suggests its far east made and clearsightwiper.com is just
a badger or middleman.
If so, I could buy 3 direct for the price of a clearshitewiper one

Someone buy one now and let us know what they're like,
see if they have bluetooth, squishers and are tested to 160mph

So you agree a fan on your motorbike would be a major boon Laughing

Thumbs Up what a deal
Quote:
I did not take a photo on the helmet. After tests I can say, the device is good. Although friends will touch, but it's just envy) The device itself is removable. In the kit there is a playground for a janitor, self-tapping screws, a screwdriver and a sharpened screwdriver to tear the visor in the field. In good weather, you can leave at home. When traveling to dalnyak or during the warning of Synoptics about the rain, took with him at any time threw and well) The review does not interfere, it fell into a good rain, I never touched the visor once, everything does for you. Not very convenient in the weak rain. You often have to turn it off. It's easier to wipe your hand. 2 Modes 1) pause 3 seconds between swabs (go/go, pause) 2) whiskers non stop The third press turns off the janitor, the parking of the janitor in the extreme right position, does not interfere with the review. Do not listen to anyone, it's comfort and safety. Yes, there is this thing and minus, it may be faster to end the visor, to prolong life less often use on dry. Took 1200 mahov, for longer enough) 26 Jul 2022 07:41

I'm pleased the janitor gets a playground. Just hope he doesn't break the swings.

I assume the aarons's don't stalk this forum any more otherwise I would expect them to sh1t all over that page's comments section.

I guess they've dicked off to Thailand with all the crowdfunding money.

Back in the "He who must not be named" days
Wipey took a more practical approach and appeared to get
to an advanced prototype stage but didn't quite cross the line
to go retail sadly.
BUT! they never asked for your money!!!

https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.TR-KDgpAh1G2aHCq3OrWlgHaJZ%26pid%3DApi&f=1

There were also the insectoid type wipers that clung to the top of
a helmet with suckers
They actually existed and worked but were ungainly
few wanted that thing crouched on the top of your helmet

https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2F4.bp.blogspot.com%2F-bms5CwBfvIk%2FUQCZM_LCO3I%2FAAAAAAAAH4o%2F0-YOZaLJ47E%2Fs1600%2Fhelmet-wiper.jpg&f=1&nofb=1

This current type follows Wipeys minimalist, practical, no frills approach
with no overblown promises of saving lives, sexual satisfaction or pathetic back stories.
It just wipes ok?
If you ride in heavy rain or live in a monsoon country it could well be a useful
accessory.

Also if you buy them direct they're dead cheap
so even if they're shite you're not much out of pocket.

That wipey product does seem completely impractical.

What we need is a fancy name. Like Chrome comes up a lot in new products these days. What about Platinum Pal.

Snake oil.
If it were that simple, no cars would have windscreen wipers
I cant think of any car that doesn't have wipers

Some folk think rain is tiny droplets of pure mountain spring water
gently clinging to your screen/visor
It aint
Its often a thin soup of all sorts of shite and mechanical removal is
still the best way to shift it

Been using RainX for the last 10+ years on the car. It's great stuff. Didn't say you'll never need wipers, but anything above 50mph, you can literally turn your wipers off when it's raining cos it just beads up and runs over to the top of the windscreen.
