Like others have said, my puncture kit has a few bulbs of compressed CO2 and that fills the tyre and it gets you to a garage with a proper compressor.

Over the tens of thousands of miles of biking I've done now I have only had one puncture which I fixed using the kit and the fix is still on the same tyre thousands more miles later with no issues.

200 miles in a day isn't that much. I've done 170 miles (basically a full tank) without even stopping for a break several times.
