Think about that: he's got 8 years (6 if he has to wait for and win the next general election) to do it in. Anyone here think that's realistic? If so, why? Lay out how you see it happening for me. They're talking 10 years and more to get new nuclear power plants up and running, and there are still quite animated arguments about the costs of that and who is to build them etc.
