On saturday i was being a idiot and had an accident, the moral of the story is this, don't speed and always wears your gear, all of it... properly, and it WILL save your life and leave you able to stand there and think what if I hadn't.

very good mate

we have a poster at work that reminds us that health and safety stats never take in to account the accidents that don't happen because we do things right..

its a lesson for every one, even when just popping to the fuel station I always put on all my gear, boots, trousers, jacket, gloves and helmet

Thumbs Up

The only time I wear my trousers is on cold winter days going to work. Gettin' some leathers off eBay any day though so I will be able to get my knee on the deck with them... hopefully.

I never get on the bike without full leathers. Even if it is a short trip and it means I have to sit somewhere all day uncomfortable.

or try to get my kneedown, resulting in the far too low CG center stand hitting the ground and almost causing me to fall off...
