Hmm, it's a Dave Deakins Dresda, they are valuable to the right people, but then again it's a CB450... Finger in the air? between 5 and 10 grand?

Hmm higher than I imagined.. The motor is a boggo 500 SOHC as far as I can tell - I read some were 590s and came with a clever cam. This looks just like Dresda running gear.. that needs work!

Nope looks like a CB500/4 lump. The CB450 "black bomber" and later CB500T twins had torsion bar valve springs. The 500/4 isn't a bad lump, they use them in classic racing with some success.
