There's not really much to brakes, small piston pumps fluid to another piston. Assuming you don't have some linkage problem (should be pretty obvious) then either the master cylinder is pumping fluid but it's going elsewhere, maybe a leak or a ballooning brake pipe, or it's not pumping fluid in which case it needs a rebuild or replacement.

Seeing as the MT10 has ABS I would suppose that any drag has caused the brake fluid to overheat and cause fade.Once cooled down and pressure has resumed, this is a typical example.

If the fluid has never been replaced it would be best to bleed the system through with fresh fluid from an unopened bottle.Bleed the front calipers as well. One 500ml bottle of DoT4 will be enough to do the job and can be bought from the likes of £5.

If you do change the brake fluid by bleeding it through, you will probably need to activate your ABS once done and then bleed again otherwise you will still have old fluid in the ABS pump which will just contaminate your new fluid again.
There are 2 ways of activating the ABS on the super ten, one method is to use a jumper wire across a couple of terminals on a plug under the seat followed by operating first the front brake and then the rear with the ignition turned on.That’s the recommended Yamaha procedure for my 1200 Super Teneré so I wouldn’t have thought the MT10 would be much different.
The 2nd more fun way to do it is by riding on a loose/slippery surface and trying to lock the wheels, please only use this method if your riding skills allow you to do so, easy to do on a Super Ten, probably less so on an MT10!

Any chance you two can find a language you both understand rather than the pair of you struggling with English when it's clearly not your first language?
